Order Changes/Cancellations:
Please email us right away if you need to amend or cancel your order and we will do our best to make the required changes. Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed or during peak periods, this may not be possible. We are unable to make any changes to an order that has already been dispatched.

Republic of Ireland:
An Post 5.95 – 1 to 5 working days
DPD Express 7.95 – 1 to 3 working days
Northern Ireland:
DPD 7.95 - 1-3 working days
UK and International:
Delivery times may vary for international destinations depending on courier and current transit times. We ship to most destinations worldwide – shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs And Duties:
Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed once your order arrives at the destination country. Please note that your delivery agent may contact you to inform you and collect costs owed. Poco is not liable for additional duty or tax fees on orders.
You may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders valued over £135 (including shipping) to the United Kingdom. You can read more about tax and customs fees for deliveries to the UK Here
If you choose to decline to pay fees owed and not accept the delivery, the cost of returning the package will be deducted from your refund.
Returns Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned. All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund via original method of payment, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns can be made using the An Post returns portal, or by tracked post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return costs are non-refundable.
For returns from the United Kingdom, please return via tracked post, ensuring that you mark the items as a RETURN OF GOODS. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, delays in customs, or POCO being unable to process your refund. POCO is not liable for additional fees on returns.
An Post Returns:
Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return.
Log onto https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns
- Type in POCO to select retailer, Reason for Return and Order No.
- CONTINUE AS A GUEST and complete the return and payment section in order to download your returns label.
- Print off your returns label and attach to your returns package.
- Drop off at any An Post location
- Ensure to obtain a receipt when dropping off package and keep this and your tracking number safe until your return has been processed.
- Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed after receipt.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges on returns as stock levels can vary.
Gifts:
Items received as gifts can be returned for an exchange, depending on stock levels. Alternatively, we can place the value onto a Poco gift voucher for later use. Please follow the return instructions below and note on your order that the item was received as a gift and if you require an exchange or voucher.
Refunds:
Once your return is processed you will be notified by email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be approved and processed once received.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This may take a certain number of days to appear back in your account, this is dependent on your bank.
