Don't over wash your jeans. Denim should only be washed when necessary in a cool wash – it helps to retain the dyes in the denim and prevents fading. If needs be spot cleaning your POCOs with a toothbrush and damp cloth works perfectly. We recommend leaving to air-dry on a clothesline/clotheshorse. Never dry your denims on a radiator, this damages the elastane and causes marks.  

We have size guides available on each product page. Be sure to always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your POCO item. Please note the care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature.

If you want to return the items you must do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Items purchased more than 30 days ago can not be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please follow instructions on the Return form.

Yes, you may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders valued over £135 (including shipping) to the United Kingdom. Your delivery agent will contact you to inform you of this. You can find out more information here. Please note you may also be contacted by your delivery agent after you have received the package. POCO is not liable for additional fees on orders.

Please follow the steps outlined in our returns policy,  ensuring that you mark the items as a return of goods. Failure to do so may result in POCO being unable to process your refund.

Online orders can only be returned through our online portal with An Post. Please see the online returns process here. 

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer an exchange facility. However, you can return your jeans for a refund and purchase another style or size. For more information on returns, see our returns policy here. 

Items purchased from 15th November 2024 can be returned through to the 17th January 2025, or purchases made after 16th December 2024 can be returned within 30 days of purchase. POCO will only accept returns that are unworn, with all tags still in place and in a resale condition.  You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item.

• Items returned within 14 days of order date can receive a refund or credit note,
• Items returned after 14 days of order date will receive a credit note

Please note the last day for orders for delivery by 23rd December 2024 suggested by our couriers include:

Ireland and Northern Ireland - An Post - 19th December 2024
UK and EU - 13th December 2024

US and Rest of the World - 6 December 2024

We cannot guarantee orders placed after the dates suggested will arrive in time for Christmas.
